"What a wonderful, professional, friendly group this is! I met them at their community event in Shrewsbury and gave them a call the next week. I needed to change my auto and homeowner's insurance. When I went to the office, Hanako greeted me and Kyle met me and proceeded to answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions. Then he proceeded to give me an awesome rate on auto insurance, and a really good one on homeowner's. So I made the switch with no stress on my part. Because of this agents think they are able to ignore do not call registry or just keep spamming me with mailings and as such proves this company lacks attention to detail which makes me concerned how they may handle a claim if they can't even do this right. I have 3 proven calls from this place which per violation is 500 to 1.5k. Edit. Recieved 2 more mailers from this location.
