"Sumer was incredibly helpful! I had an ongoing issue with a rental property claim, new things kept popping up. Not only did she help advocate for me and remit everything to the adjuster, but she diligently followed up, made sure it was processed timely AND ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. During the claim there were some challenges that had me considering getting quotes from other companies but the gold star customer service from this office has me reconsidering. Being in the customer service industry myself, great service is worth its weight in gold!"
