I have to admit, I’m genuinely surprised and confused by the comments directed toward me. You’ve shared that you don’t feel I care, but you didn’t mention any specific interaction or experience that led you to that conclusion. Because of that, I’m struggling to understand where I fell short.

Over the past several weeks, I have been recovering from brain surgery, and while my team has done an amazing job caring for our customers during my recovery, I remain deeply invested in every person we serve. If there was ever a time you needed me personally and felt I wasn’t there, I would sincerely like to understand what happened.
