"Very unprofessional. Texts and calls me constantly for nothing. I have a job where I work 70 hours a week. When they contact me I ask what they want and they never get to the point. Not much experience in that office. I've taken my business elsewhere"
"Hi Don, our office had reached out to you to let you know about a premium decrease, which was stated clearly in the text message. You then called our office and raised your voice with one of our team members who happens to be 4 months pregnant. Since this was the not the first time, we asked you to find a different agency after this happened because we were not going to allow you to continuously treat our staff unkindly. We hope you have a better experience in the next office and hope you respond better to them if they reach out to tell you your price went down. "
